Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (applicable for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing time: typically completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

3.3

Transaction Terms

Deposits to the account must be made only from a payment method registered in the account owner's name. Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. In case of a violation of this rule, eg22 reserves the right to cancel the transaction and suspend the account.

3.4

Withdrawal Prerequisites

Before requesting a withdrawal, ensure that the wagering requirements for all active bonuses in the account have been met. Where bonus funds and real funds are mixed, they will be cleared according to the applicable rules. Where identity verification has not been completed, withdrawals may be delayed.

4.1

Welcome Bonus

New users receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Depositing ৳14,000 or more gives a bonus of ৳8,000 and a total balance of ৳22,000.

4.2

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 in bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete.

4.3

Bonus Usage Rules

• The bonus can only be received once — one welcome bonus applies per account.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred directly to anyone else.
• The minimum deposit to receive a bonus is ৳100.
• eg22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Tier Progression Process

VIP tiers are determined based on regular gaming activity and engagement with the platform. The criteria for advancing to a higher tier are set by eg22, which reserves the right to revise them at any time. VIP benefits apply only to active and eligible accounts.

6.1

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform:

• Creating an account using a false identity or another person's information.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of gaining bonus benefits.
• Exploiting weaknesses in the platform's systems or software.
• Misleading or engaging in fraudulent behavior toward other users.

Actions Taken and Account Closure
